《大行报告》大摩:憧憬旅游限制放宽 料濠赌股跑赢大市
大摩发表研究报告,指5月份澳门赌收按年跌93%至17.64亿澳门元(下同),好过预期跌95%,日均赌收约为5,700万元,较上月增逾一倍,主因贵宾厅收入增加。
该行指,澳门已连续53日零确诊新冠肺炎个案,相信6月中可以放宽限制,当中首阶段会放宽广东省居民的进入,预期届时会有强劲的需求。
该行又指,假设全年EBITDA能够与去年相若,现时澳门博彩行业估值相当於2019年EV/EBITDA约10倍,较历史平均值低(2012年以来12.5倍)。行业股价年初至今表现与恒指大致同步,但相信随着限制在未来数周放宽,濠赌股会开始跑赢大市。
