香港食品投資(00060.HK)預期年度由盈轉虧2000萬至2600萬港元
格隆匯5月29日丨香港食品投資(00060.HK)公佈,公司預期於截至2020年3月31日止年度歸屬於公司權益所有者將取得2000萬港元至2600萬港元的虧損,而上年同期取得純利約1.88億港元。預期虧損主要由於並無一次性出售鴻景發展有限公司的全部股權的收益約為2億港元,並於上年度的業績內確認;及本財政年度的最後一個季度爆發2019冠狀病毒及2019年下半年香港社會運動的影響,預期該年度聯營公司取得虧損。
