重慶燃氣(600917.SH):華潤金控將受讓渝康公司54%股權
格隆匯5月29日丨重慶燃氣(600917.SH)披露第三大股東重慶渝康資產經營管理有限公司擬實施混合所有制改革的進展,2020年5月29日,公司收到重慶渝康通知,渝富控股、城投集團、地產集團、水務資產、華潤金控及重慶渝康已於2020年5月28日簽訂了《產權交易合同》。根據該合同,華潤金控將受讓渝富控股與城投集團、地產集團、水務資產合計持有的渝康公司54%股權。該合同生效後,華潤金控將成為渝康公司控股股東。《產權交易合同》主要內容詳見同日公告的簡式權益變動報告書。
