鋼研高納(300034.SZ)：控股子公司擬2.35億元投建新廠(北區)項目
格隆匯5月29日丨鋼研高納(300034.SZ)公佈，為滿足公司控股子公司青島新力通工業有限責任公司(“青島新力通”)業務發展的產能需要，完善和優化青島新力通主體業務的產業發展佈局，進一步提升青島新力通的生產效率，擬在青島新力通原有廠區北側，新建4.5萬平方米廠房，新徵土地約130畝。
該項目在原有廠區北側，新徵土地130畝，規劃建築面積4.5萬平方米，項目設計產能7000噸/年，以實現滿足國際石化訂單要求的自動化較高的石化爐管的規模化生產、乙烯裂解爐抗結焦爐管的規模生產。該項目總投資2.3509億元。其中固定資產投資2.1409億元，新增鋪底流動資金2100萬元。項目建設期15個月，預計2021年6月底試生產，達產期5年。
隨着青島新力通業務規模的壯大，現有的南區廠房產能已飽和，已不能滿足青島新力通現有及未來發展的需要，再次調整原有南區廠房成本過高，新建廠房需求較為急迫。
此次青島新力通投資建設新廠(北區)項目將提高青島新力通生產能力和盈利能力，進一步增強青島新力通的核心競爭力，符合青島新力通長期發展規劃。
值得注意的是，公司風險提示：
1、此次投資涉及的項目用地尚未取得，若企業最終未能依法取得項目用地的土地使用權，將影響建設項目的正常履行。公司會積極與相關政府部門保持密切溝通，通過政府土地招拍掛公開程序競價獲得。此次建設項目涉及的土地取得、項目報批、施工建設等尚需政府主管部門(包括但不限於發改委、國土、環保、規劃等部門)的批准或備案，項目的推進存在一定程度的不確定性。
2、此次建設項目的具體建設計劃、建設內容、建設面積及規模可能根據政府主管部門、業務發展需要及建設進程等情況進一步調整。
3、項目在建設運營過程中可能面臨市場風險、工程建設及國際貿易風險、政策風險等方面的風險因素，敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
