EPRINT集團(01884.HK)發佈盈警:料年度純利下跌約60%
格隆匯5月29日丨EPRINT集團(01884.HK)發佈公告,集團預期截至2020年3月31日止年度的公司權益持有人應占純利相比上年同期將錄得約60%的下跌。
董事會認為,期內公司權益持有人應占純利下跌主要由於(i)集團所持有的上市股本投資產生公允價值虧損約530萬港元(佔下跌純利百比份約50%)。公允價值虧損是由於星亞控股有限公司(一間於開曼羣島註冊成立及其股份於聯交所GEM上市的公司)的股份價格顯著下跌所引起。其股份價格於2019年6月25日錄得跌幅約96.5%;及(ii)新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情及宏觀經濟下行對整體市場需求造成嚴重影響而導致集團的銷售下滑。
