佳明集團控股(01271.HK)發盈警,預期截至2020年3月31日止年度的純利將按年減少約70%至80%,主要是由於年度重估投資物業預期將錄得公平值虧損,而上年度則錄得公平值收益;及銷售費用增加所致。
公司指,儘管預期全年業績將較上年度有所下跌,惟認為集團整體財務狀況穩健,且具備足夠的現金資源,應付目前及未來的現金流量需求。此外,投資物業公平值調整的虧損是非現金項目,不會對集團的現金流量產生直接影響。
