新晨科技(300542.SZ):收到瑞得音現金分紅款1387.2萬元
格隆匯5月29日丨新晨科技(300542.SZ)公佈,公司控股子公司北京瑞得音信息技術有限公司(“瑞得音”)根據其《公司章程》規定並經股東會決議,同意瑞得音以現金方式分配2019年度利潤人民幣2720萬元,公司於2020年5月28日收到瑞得音現金分紅款1387.2萬元。
瑞得音為納入公司合併報表範圍內的控股子公司,公司持有瑞得音51%股權。上述利潤分配將增加公司2020年度母公司報表淨利潤,但不增加公司2020年度合併報表淨利潤,因此,不會影響2020年度公司整體經營業績。
