堅瑞沃能(300116.SZ)擬與猛獅科技在動力電池製造、儲能系統製造等方面開展深度合作
格隆匯5月28日丨堅瑞沃能(300116.SZ)公佈，為使雙方充分發揮各自優勢，協同合作，相互扶持，採用多種合作方式，共同在動力電池製造、儲能系統製造等方面開展深度合作，經公司(“乙方”)與廣東猛獅新能源科技股份有限公司(“猛獅科技”或“甲方”)友好協商，決定由公司與猛獅科技建立企業間戰略協作夥伴關係，並簽訂《廣東猛獅新能源科技股份有限公司與陝西堅瑞沃能股份有限公司之戰略合作協議》。
雙方圍繞各自在新能源產業鏈等產業上的佈局，積極追蹤市場動態和項目信息，依託合作協調機制全面溝通各自發展狀況，結合實際經營狀況及市場行情，共同推進合作項目的發展。雙方充分發揮各自優勢，實現優勢互補，加強在以下幾方面的合作：
1、在雙方的儲能業務領域的合作關係中，甲方側重於電池組和儲能系統的製造，乙方側重於鋰電池電芯的製造；
2、在雙方的動力電池領域的合作關係中，甲方主要以生產三元鋰電池為主，乙方主要以生產磷酸鐵鋰電池為主，雙方將以對方產品為該類型電池作為首選採購對象；
3、雙方在高端圓柱電池方面憑藉各自優勢進行產能互補，進一步增強18650、21700、32650型鋰電池的市場覆蓋面；
4、雙方在資本市場和投資領域進一步合作。
為使雙方充分發揮各自優勢，協同合作，相互扶持，採用多種合作方式，共同在動力電池製造、儲能系統製造等方面開展深度合作，經公司與猛獅科技友好協商，決定由公司與猛獅科技建立企業間戰略協作夥伴關係，並簽訂《戰略合作協議》。
此次公司與合作方簽署《戰略合作協議》符合公司重整後的發展戰略和經營規劃，有利於推進公司在動力電池製造、儲能系統製造等領域的技術及規模發展，有利於提升公司的盈利能力和綜合競爭力，對公司產品恢復市場地位有着積極的影響。《戰略合作協議》的簽署對公司 2020年經營業績暫不構成重大影響。
