中國生物製藥(01177.HK)一季度實現歸母淨利約8.62億元 季度息2港仙
格隆匯5月28日丨中國生物製藥(01177.HK)發佈公告，截至2020年3月31日止三個月，報告期內，集團錄得收入約人民幣62.22億元，較去年同期增長約0.2%。歸屬於母公司持有者應占盈利約人民幣8.62億元，較去年同期增長約0.6%。每股盈利約人民幣6.85分，較去年同期增長約0.7%。擬派發季度股息每股2港仙。
集團在製藥業務方面繼續以發展專科治療領域相關產品為主，致力打造專科品牌。集團的主要治療領域包括肝病用藥、抗腫瘤用藥、抗感染用藥、骨科用藥、呼吸系統用藥及其他產品。
研發方面，集團繼續專注肝病、抗腫瘤、呼吸系統和心腦血管等治療領域的新產品研發。於第一季度內，集團獲得臨牀批件14件、生產批件6件及一致性評價獲批6個、申報臨牀9件、一致性評價申報3個及申報生產2個。已累計有臨牀批件、正在進行臨牀試驗和申報生產的在研產品共437件，其中肝病用藥30件、抗腫瘤用藥189件、呼吸系統用藥24件、內分泌用藥24件、心腦血管用藥40件及其它類用藥130件。
一直以來，集團十分重視研發，以結合自主創新、聯合開發及創仿開發的研發理念，不斷提升研發水平和速度，並視其為可持續發展的基礎，加大研發的資金投入。報告期內，研發總開支約人民幣9.94億元，佔集團收入約16.0%，分別已計入損益表及資本化於財務狀況表中。
集團亦十分重視保護知識產權，鼓勵企業積極申報各種專利，以提高核心競爭能力。於第一季度內，集團取得授權公告專利25項(其中發明專利21項、實用新型2項及外觀設計2項)及新增專利申請123項(其中發明專利120項及外觀設計3項)。集團已累計獲得發明專利授權787項、授權實用新型專利25項，以及授權外觀設計專利92項。
公司表示，集團多年的高強度研發投入已經進入收穫期，各創新平台逐漸成熟，從小分子到大分子的創新人才結構日臻完善。連續的大手筆研發投入確保每年度都有新產品推出。新產品已經成為並將持續成為集團業績增長的主要拉動力。
