京滬高鐵(601816.SH)與鐵科院簽訂戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯5月28日丨京滬高鐵(601816.SH)公佈，公司於2020年5月28日與中國鐵道科學研究院集團有限公司(以下簡稱“鐵科院”)簽訂了《戰略合作框架協議》，合作主要內容為：
科研合作。雙方將利用各自的技術、人才和資源優勢，結合鐵路行業技術發展方向，積極挖掘軌道交通運營管理及建設等方面的需求，在工務工程、移動裝備、通信信號、信息化智能化、節能環保、運輸安全、運輸組織、客運營銷、經營管理等領域共同開展相關研究，為公司資產安全、高效營運和創新發展提供技術支撐。雙方將聯合申請或合作參與國家級、國鐵集團、省市級項目以及實驗室開放基金等級別科研課題或自主投入科研項目，聯合承擔各級軌道交通標準及規章編制、有關專業著作編撰任務。
技術支持與科研成果轉化合作。根據高速鐵路運營和管理實際需求，鐵科院將為公司提供上述科研領域產品和綜合試驗、基礎設施檢測、職業衞生等方面的技術服務，併為公司設備維護、運營管理等方面急難問題提供技術方案支持。公司將為鐵科院的科學研究提供基地和平台支持。雙方還將積極開展創新產品的合作投產和成果轉讓合作，並互相為業務拓展提供支持。
運營管理支持。根據京滬高鐵在實際運營中的需求，加強在高速鐵路運營管理方面的長期交流合作，建立專項對接機制。公司為鐵科院提供調研、理論驗證方面的基地和平台支持，鐵科院向公司提供運營管理、資產管理、安全監管、全生命週期評估等方面的技術支持和可借鑑的國內外先進運營管理經驗。通過理論與實踐的結合，不斷提升高速鐵路運營管理水平。
信息化、智能化建設。充分發揮鐵科院信息化、智能化建設方面的專業力量和技術優勢，在智能化鐵路數據服務平台、設備維修管理決策分析系統、大數據分析、可視化展示系統、鐵路公安信息化、網絡安全等領域加強合作，進一步提升京滬高鐵智能化水平。
資本運營合作。雙方將積極在投資入股、參股、合資拓展經營等方面開展合作，並在項目開發上相互支持，實現互利共贏、共同發展。
