漢鼎宇佑(300300.SZ)與平潭智慧島達成戰略合作意向 利於公司智慧城市板塊業務拓展
格隆匯5月27日丨漢鼎宇佑(300300.SZ)公佈，公司(“乙方”)與平潭綜合實驗區智慧島投資發展有限公司(“平潭智慧島”或“甲方”)於2020年5月27日在福建省平潭綜合實驗區簽署了《戰略合作協議》。
結合國家首批智慧城市建設試點城市的規劃，平潭綜合實驗區進一步推進平潭“國際旅遊島”城市建設發展。同時，平潭綜合實驗區深入貫徹落實八部委《關於促進智慧城市健康發展的指導意見》，集中加強新型基礎設施建設，發展新一代信息網絡，拓展5G應用,激發新消費需求、助力產業升級；加強新型城鎮化建設，大力提升平潭公共設施和服務能力，加強交通、水利等重大工程的建設。
“十三五”期間，平潭綜合實驗區在國際旅遊島、特色產業、對台融合、基礎設施、社會事業和民生、生態環境提升、文明城市創建等7個方面建設了100多個10億以上重大項目。“十四五”期間，除重大交通、水利工程之外，平潭綜合實驗區將投入專項資金持續推進新基建及智慧產業發展。基於上述建設內容，甲乙雙方戰略合作前景廣闊。
公司此次與平潭智慧島簽署的《戰略合作協議》屬於雙方就智慧城市在建、改擴建及新建項目及新基建項目進行合作的初步約定。此次合作協議是在進一步推進平潭“國際旅遊島”城市建設發展的背景下，基於平潭智慧島作為平潭政務信息化和智慧城市建設運營服務主要提供商、政務數據開放開發特許經營主體、智慧產業三維對接合資合作窗口和公司智慧城市建設的長期經驗，實現雙方產業資源和技術優勢，強強聯合，優勢互補。
雙方擬在在建、改擴建及新建項目及新基建工程、5G等領域進行合作，包含但不限於5G基站、IDC、智慧交通、智慧旅遊、智慧水利、智慧應急、智慧教育、智慧社區、智慧醫療等智慧產業。
公司與平潭智慧島達成戰略合作意向，將對公司智慧城市建設業務產生積極影響，有利於公司智慧城市板塊業務拓展。合作協議不涉及具體金額，目前無法準確預測協議對公司本年度及未來各會計年度財務狀況、經營成果的影響，但合作協議的具體落地實施有助於公司智慧城市業務的進一步拓展和提升，將對公司發展帶來積極影響。敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
