海印股份(000861.SZ)擬與廣東進出口商會建立外貿戰略合作聯盟
格隆匯5月27日丨海印股份(000861.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年5月27日與廣東進出口商會(“商會”)簽署了《外貿戰略合作協議》。協議雙方在平等自願、互惠互利、共同促進和力爭雙贏的前提下，決定建立外貿戰略合作聯盟。
2020年5月27日，公司全資子公司廣東海印繽繽廣場商業市場經營管理有限公司舉行了正式的掛牌儀式。廣東進出口商會配合公司的經營發展規劃，在廣東海印繽繽廣場建立外貿採購中心，商會掛牌：“廣東進出口商品交易中心”。
此次雙方合作內容如下：
1、商會配合海印股份的經營發展規劃，在海印股份位於廣州市越秀區起義路1號的廣東海印繽繽廣場(“專業批發市場”)建立外貿採購中心，商會掛牌：“廣東進出口商品交易中心”，導入廣州政府商務資源與各類媒體資源。
2、商會組織國內外其他匹配的外貿產品企業與專業批發市場對接，同時引入會員服務中心和引導優質外貿服務商家入場，協助專業批發市場打造專業外貿採購中心的管理機制和服務體系。
3、商會為專業批發市場和業主引入跨境電子商務貿易服務平台
服務，跨境電子商務貿易服務平台為業主和國內外買家的身份和資金進行認證評級，並和國有銀行完成金融徵信以及提供全面的服務。
4、商會為專業批發市場的業主提供外貿相關的知識和能力培訓，為租户提供金融便捷、國際海外倉儲、優先退税、優先報關的外貿服務和聯動銷售服務；並根據業主的國際市場目標安排對應國籍人士進行本土語言的線上營銷；組織國際全年的主題或功能展會，提升市場的場地利用率和業主的交易額。
5、順應廣州市打造“直播電商之都”的良好契機，與全國知名高校直播電商研究機構展開深度合作，以“海印生活”及“海印又一城”等線上線下平台為基礎，縱深開展直播電商業務，推動廣東省商貿企業的外貿經營能力。
公司此次與商會的戰略合作，符合公司整體發展戰略規劃。公司將發揮商業物業的運營管理經驗，並充分利用商會在外貿領域的專業能力和豐富的社會資源，通過加強雙方戰略合作，為公司批發市場開拓外貿渠道，增強對外貿易能力，並鏈接“海印生活”平台，通過線上和線下的結合，發揮項目協同共振效應，提升公司整體盈利能力。
