海航控股(600221.SH)取消向海航航空香港出售飛機事項
格隆匯5月26日丨海航控股(600221.SH)公佈,公司擬與海航航空(香港)控股有限公司(以下簡稱“海航航空香港”或“買方”)簽署《飛機購買取消協議》,取消向海航航空香港出售自有的4架B737-800飛機、2架B787-8飛機;公司全資子公司海南航空(2016)有限公司擬與海航航空香港簽署《飛機購買取消協議》,取消出售自有的2架A350-900飛機;公司控股子公司中國新華航空集團有限公司(以下簡稱“新華航空”)擬與海航航空香港簽署《飛機購買取消協議》,取消出售自有的1架B737-800飛機。以上飛機涉及金額共計45.39億元人民幣。
受新冠肺炎疫情蔓延影響,航空業整體受不利影響較大。本次交易取消後,公司後續將根據新冠肺炎疫情防控工作進展和市場需求恢復情況,動態優化調整運力投放及飛機出售計劃。
