東土科技(300353.SZ)：與北京新能源汽車技術創新中心簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯5月26日丨東土科技(300353.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年5月26日與北京新能源汽車技術創新中心有限公司(“國創中心”)簽署了《北京新能源汽車技術創新中心有限公司與北京東土科技股份有限公司汽車電子與汽車操作系統戰略合作協議》。
面向新一代智能網聯、自動駕駛、軟件定義汽車的發展趨勢，自主可控的汽車電子架構、智能汽車控制器、汽車操作系統是未來智能汽車科技競爭的高地。國創中心作為科技部推動建設的首個國家級新能源汽車技術創新中心，在對汽車產業發展趨勢理解、汽車電子技術經驗、汽車生態資源與經驗方面擁有優勢，東土科技在獲得工信部首屆中國工業互聯網大賽一等獎的軟件定義工業操作系統方案、網絡通信產品、通信芯片與總線設計方面具有優勢，雙方在對軟件定義汽車的演進方向、技術路線等觀點高度契合，在推動軟件定義汽車的技術引領和工程實踐方面具有廣闊的合作空間和重大意義。雙方致力於在汽車電子領域，通過深度戰略合作，將東土科技的操作系統、網絡通信、總線芯片等技術優勢，轉化為中國自主可控的新一代汽車電子架構產品，打造中國自主可控的汽車電子核心技術產業生態。
國創中心與東土科技擬就汽車電子和汽車操作系統開展合作，共同推進軟件定義汽車的產業落地。由東土科技提供汽車操作系統，國創中心和東土科技聯合開發智能汽車控制器、中央網關等產品和解決方案，在國創中心共用技術與共享平台的引領下，促進行業內企業進行聯合研發，實現前瞻關鍵技術的國產化。雙方就汽車操作系統擬合作內容包括產品與服務推廣、技術與項目合作、共同承接國家課題、推動開源社區發展。
北京新能源汽車技術創新中心有限公司是科技部推動建設的首個國家級新能源汽車技術創新中心；是北京市聚集新能源汽車產業科研力量，承擔搶佔科技創新制高點，為中國的新能源汽車產業賦能核心競爭力的重要使命。國創中心重點關注新能源汽車生態構建，圍繞打造世界級新能源汽車技術創新高地的總體目標。
隨着智能汽車上升為國家重要戰略，自主可控的汽車電子架構、智能汽車控制器、汽車操作系統將成為未來智能汽車科技競爭的高地。智能網聯汽車是工業互聯網技術的重要應用領域，公司本次與國創中心在智能汽車領域達成戰略合作，以公司Interwell操作系統為基礎，聯合開發智能汽車控制器、中央網關等產品和解決方案，實現前瞻關鍵技術的國產化，是公司在智能汽車領域的深化佈局。本次戰略合作將進一步夯實公司在智能汽車領域的技術儲備，加快公司工業互聯網產品和解決方案在智能汽車領域的發展應用，助力中國智能汽車的核心控制系統國產化，為國產智能汽車可持續的迭代發展構築堅實基礎。
