《大行報告》美銀證券上調美團點評(03690.HK)目標價至143元 評級「買入」
美銀證券發表報告表示,美團點評(03690.HK)首季收益按年下跌13%至168億人民幣,高於市場預期,管理層透露,5月11日的一周之餐飲外賣/到店/酒店/旅遊業務已回復至疫情前90%/80%/70%/60%的水平,因此該行預期美團核心業務之餐飲外賣(佔首季收益57%)於本季內會錄得正增長,較早前則預測下半年才會回復,且上調其明年經營溢利率,由12%升至15%,主因核心業務的收入比例高,因此具有更好的運營槓桿。
報告補充,美團將繼續投資於推動產品和服務擴展以及商家數字化的新計劃,從長遠來看,該行看到美團有更多高端餐廳和酒店,以及家庭用餐訂單和雜貨/新鮮農產品購物在網上使用率提高。該行上調其今明兩年盈利預測40%及25%,目標價相應由114元升至143元,重申「買入」評級。
