*ST索菱(002766.SZ)：因涉嫌信息披露違法違規 被中國證券監督管委會立案調查
格隆匯5月25日丨*ST索菱(002766.SZ)公佈，深圳市索菱實業股份有限公司股票(證券簡稱：*ST索菱，證券代碼：002766)於2020年5月22日、5月25日連續兩個交易日收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計達到12％以上，根據《深圳證券交易所交易規則》的有關規定，屬於股票交易異常波動的情況。
2020年5月23日，公司在巨潮資訊網發佈公告《補充更正公告》(公告編號：2020-056)、《關於前期會計差錯更正的公告》(公告編號：2020-059)、《關於2019年度股東大會增加臨時提案並取消部分議案暨延期召開2019年度股東大會的公告》(公告編號：2020-060)，因工作人員及審計機構的疏忽，導致2020年4月30日在《證券日報》及巨潮資訊網(http://www.cninfo.com.cn)上披露了《2019年年度報告》、《2019年年度報告摘要》(編號：2020-042)、《2020年第一季度報告全文》(編號：2020-052)、《2020年第一季度報告正文》(編號：2020-051)及審計機構出具的《2016-2018年審計報告》、《2019年審計報告》存在錯誤及遺漏，現予以補充更正。
公司因涉嫌信息披露違法違規，被中國證券監督管理委員會立案調查。根據亞太(集團)會計師事務所(特殊普通合夥)出具的《2019年度審計報告》，公司2019年扣非淨利潤為負，2019年財務報告被出具保留意見的審計報告。2020年4月10日，公司收到中國證監會下發的《行政處罰及市場禁入事先告知書》(處罰字【2020】9號)，公司2016年至2018年年度報告涉嫌存在虛假記載、重大遺漏。公司已就上述《告知書》涉及事項向中國證券監督管理委員會提交需要申訴和申辯並要求舉行聽證會的回執，目前尚未收到中國證券監督管理委員會對於公司立案調查事項的最終結論性意見或決定。
若根據證監會最終決定書認定的事實，公司2016至2018年連續三年淨利潤為負，根據《深圳證券交易所上市公司重大違法強制退市實施辦法》第四條第(三)款的規定，上市公司連續會計年度財務指標則會觸及《股票上市規則》規定的終止上市標準，公司股票可能被終止上市。
