百聯股份(600827.SH)：公司總經理錢建強、財務總監鄭小芸辭職
格隆匯5月25日丨百聯股份(600827.SH)公佈，公司董事會於近日收到公司總經理錢建強、財務總監鄭小芸、副總經理潘明華、辛覺慧、顏淑鳳的書面辭任報告。錢建強因工作原因辭去公司總經理職務；鄭小芸因到法定退休年齡辭去公司財務總監的職務；潘明華因到法定退休年齡辭去公司副總經理的職務；辛覺慧、顏淑鳳因工作原因辭去公司副總經理的職務。
公司於2020年5月25日以通訊會議方式召開了第八屆董事會第十八次會議，審議通過了《關於聘任公司高級管理人員的議案》。
1、聘任張申羽為公司常務副總經理，任期自董事會審議通過之日起，至2023年12月31日。
2、聘任董小春為公司財務總監，任期自董事會審議通過之日起，至2023年12月31日。
3、聘任葉曉京為公司副總經理，任期自董事會審議通過之日起，至2023年12月31日。

董小春簡歷：男，1964年6月出生，在職研究生。現任上海百聯集團股份有限公司財務總監。曾任華聯超市股份有限公司財務總監，上海友誼集團股份有限公司財務總監、董事會祕書，上海百聯集團股份有限公司財務總監、董事會祕書，百聯電子商務有限公司財務總監，百聯金融服務有限公司財務總監等職務。
葉曉京簡歷：女，1970年12月出生，大學本科。現任上海百聯集團股份有限公司副總經理。曾任武漢嘉得文化傳播有限公司董事總經理，武漢太和服裝公司品牌總經理，香港麗新集團香港鱷魚恤公司品牌總經理，廣東自由鳥服裝公司營銷總經理，茂業商業股份有限公司華強北店總經理、東門店總經理、深圳商圈區域總經理，銀泰商業集團浙中南區域常務副總經理、兼金華銀泰購物中心總經理，慶春銀泰店總經理，銀泰商業集團杭州區域副總經理、兼西湖銀泰城、臨平銀泰店總經理，銀泰商業集團助理總裁、兼杭州區總經理、武林總店總經理等職務。
