大北農(002385.SZ)：擬在廣西隆林縣建年出欄50萬頭生豬養殖項目
格隆匯5月25日丨大北農(002385.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年5月25日召開了第五屆董事會第三次會議，審議通過了《關於控股子公司投資廣西隆林縣年出欄50萬頭生豬生態農業產業鏈項目(一期)的議案》、《關於控股子公司投資建設廣西大北農海洋生物科技園(一期)的議案》。
在行業非洲豬瘟疫情大背景下，響應國家號召，搶抓養豬產業機遇，助力百姓菜籃子工程，協力地方穩產保供,同時完善公司養豬產業發展佈局，公司下屬養豬平台控股子公司廣西大北農農牧食品有限公司(“廣西大北農”)擬設立全資子公司隆林眾仁旺農業開發有限公司(“隆林眾仁旺”)，以隆林眾仁旺為建設主體在廣西隆林縣建設年出欄50萬頭生豬養殖項目，擬投資總額約為8.75億元，其中一期項目擬投資額為3.9億元。
項目建成後，按照“公司+合作社/養殖小區+農户”的發展模式推動當地生態農業產業鏈建設。該項目建成實施後可帶動農户脱貧致富，促進隆林各族自治縣及廣西百色市現代農業發展，同時輻射帶動其他相關產業發展，成為一流的一體化項目，具有良好的行業示範引領作用。該項目通過資本、趨勢、技術、政策相結合，優勢明顯。
另外，為加快推進飼料科技產業1+N產品拓展戰略的實施，利用公司科技研發優勢，依託公司水產發展的基礎，加快大北農華南水產事業的發展步伐，提高福建大北農水產科技有限公司(“福建水產”)在華南市場的佔有率及盈利能力，公司控股子公司福建水產擬在廣西省防城港市防城區雲朗科技園購買土地100畝，用於建設廣西大北農海洋生物芯片和微生物功能飼料科技園(簡稱“海洋生物科技園”)，規劃年產能30萬噸以上，擬總投資4億元，其中一期項目年產能10萬噸以上，擬投資額為1.4億元。
該項目將由福建水產全資子公司廣東省佛山大北農匯林水產科技有限公司(“佛山水產”)與廣西防城港市農業農村局簽約，之後由福建水產設立全資子公司廣西大北農海洋生物科技有限公司(“廣西海洋生物”)建設實施。
