多喜愛(002761.SZ):子公司浙建集團擬註冊發行不超20億元超短期融資券
格隆匯5月25日丨多喜愛(002761.SZ)公佈,公司召開第三屆董事會第二十九次會議,審議通過了《關於公司子公司擬註冊發行超短期融資券的議案》。
公司子公司浙江省建設投資集團有限公司(“浙建集團”)為進一步拓寬融資渠道,降低財務成本,根據浙建集團業務開展需要及我國直接融資市場的發展情況,經研究考慮,浙建集團擬向中國銀行間市場交易商協會申請註冊超短期融資券,總註冊額度不超過人民幣20億元。
此次擬申請發行超短期融資券,註冊額度不超過人民幣20億元,採取一次性註冊、分批滾動發行方式,每期債券發行期限不超過270天。募集資金主要用於置換浙建集團及其下屬子公司一年內到期的銀行借款及其他金融債務、債務融資工具,補充浙建集團及其下屬子公司營運資金。
此次融資事項額度在董事會審批範圍內,無需提交公司股東大會審議。
