文化長城(300089.SZ)下修業績快報：2019年度淨虧損1.73億元
格隆匯5月22日丨文化長城(300089.SZ)披露2019年度業績快報修正公告，修正前，實現營業總收入2.66億元，利潤總額1116.19萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1022.55萬元；基本每股收益0.02元。
修正後，實現營業總收入2.71億元；利潤總額-1.72億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損1.73億元，上年同期虧損16.7億元；基本每股虧損0.33元。
業績快報差異情況如下：
(1)受新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情影響，依據審計機構中興財光華會計師事務所(特殊普通合夥)初步審計意見，公司海外出口收入大幅下滑，公司預計海外銷售恢復至疫情前的水平時間無法確定，部分存貨可變現淨值有所下降，增加計提存貨減值準備約2970萬元，主要影響歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤減少2970萬元。
(2)受新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情影響，公司海外客户經營面臨較大壓力，公司海外應收賬款逾期的情況較為嚴重，基於謹慎原則，公司單項海外應收賬款壞賬準備增加5491萬元，主要影響歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤減少5491萬元。
(3)受新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情影響，智遊教育預計未來業務受到一定負面影響，之前的盈利預測向下修正，商譽評估減值2981萬元，主要影響歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤減少2981萬元。
(4)公司2020年1月將河南長城綠色瓷藝科技有限公司的股權轉讓給廣州雋隆貿易有限公司，形成其他應收股權轉讓款1.72億元，協議約定該筆款項分3年期收回，公司對該筆其他應收款的現值進行測算，需要計提信用減值損失6916萬元，主要影響歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤減少6916萬元。
(5)廣東聯汛教育科技有限公司2019年繼續處於失控狀態，公司已經在法院起訴許高鐳返還公司的公章、證照及憑證賬冊等資料，綜合各方面的信息，基於謹慎原則，對公司應收廣東聯汛教育科技有限公司的股利補提1680萬元壞賬準備，主要影響歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤減少1680萬元。
