格隆匯5月22日丨昊天發展集團(00474.HK)公佈,於2020年4月23日至5月22日,公司旗下附屬公司昊天管理透過聯交所執行連串交易,以總代價約1914.7萬港元收購合共1118.5萬股海通國際(00665.HK)股份,相當於海通國際已發行股本約0.19%。收購每股海通國際股份平均購買價約為1.71港元。
董事一直積極探索新投資機遇,旨在令其投資組合更多元化。董事相信,收購事項將擴大集團投資組合。
