富邦股份(300387.SZ)簽署京東農場全產業鏈服務戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯5月22日丨富邦股份(300387.SZ)公佈，公司(甲方)、北京京東乾石科技有限公司(“京東乾石”，乙方)與武漢禾大科技有限公司(“禾大科技”，丙方)於近日簽署了《框架協議》。基於對中國農業未來發展方向和雙方發展理念的高度認同，充分發揮富邦股份及禾大科技在種植業標準化種植、標準化產品擁有的優勢，充分發揮京東乾石在農產品流通端數字化、智能化、標準化、電商化、品牌化的優勢，本着“互惠、互利、高效、持久”的合作精神，三方決定圍繞“京東農場全產業鏈服務”展開深入合作，達成全面的戰略合作伙伴關係。此次合作內容如下：
1、甲方及/或丙方為乙方目前運營的京東農場種植端提供定製化的產品與服務，與乙方共同建立數字化的種植標準化管理系統，並與乙方可視化溯源管控體系打通，做到農產品全生命週期的溯源管理。
2、甲方及/或丙方向乙方已在運營或即將建立的京東農場輸出經資格認證的農技服務人員，為推動農事數字化管理奠定人才基礎。
3、乙方根據農產品供銷數據進行分析，對消費者偏好、個性化愛好、投訴點等進行適時反饋，甲方及/或丙方根據上述消費者數據對種植管理方案進行鍼對性的優化升級，共同打造農產品爆款品類。
4、甲方及/或丙方和乙方共同建造京東農場，力爭在2022年之前完成百縣地標優品行動。
5、三方將投入資源就京東農場的特定需求開發適用的產品和應用解決方案。
6、三方成立常設的聯合戰略推進小組，各自成立相關運行機構，並設置專職人員，協調和監督此次戰略合作框架協議所確定的各項合作內容的推進落實；三方的各級管理層將高度重視雙方的戰略合作並積極作出推進承諾；三方將建立經常性的管理層會面機制，審視三方的合作進展和成果，並就三方可能合作的領域進行規劃和實施。
此次簽署的《框架協議》，是公司數字農業佈局落地的進一步深化，將提升公司技術創新水平、促進公司商業模式升級以及促進數字農業更快地大規模落地。預計對2020年營業收入與淨利潤及未來經營業績產生一定的積極性影響，具體影響需視具體項目的推進和實施情況而定。
公司以“用數字化技術賦能全球農業”為使命，為農業新型經營主體提供基於種植端的土壤檢測評價、科學種植規劃、智能滴灌決策、水肥一體化、作物估產分析、在線種植管理、種植園託管服務等全流程產品與服務，實現標準化種植、標準化產品、品牌化運營，實現提質、增產、節本、增效。
數字農業是現代化農業發展的必由之路，必須藉助新一代數字技術，圍繞農產品的生產、經營、銷售各個環節，形成一體化協同運營平台，幫助農民增產增收，幫助種植園發展壯大。此次簽署《框架協議》，有利於深化公司數字農業佈局，進一步推動公司數字農業發展。
