京基智農(000048.SZ)：簽署賀州市年出欄500萬頭生豬全產業鏈項目合作框架協議
格隆匯5月22日丨京基智農(000048.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年5月22日與廣西賀州市人民政府簽署《京基智農賀州市年出欄500萬頭生豬全產業鏈項目合作框架協議》，項目建設規劃內容包括含原“年出欄200萬頭生豬養殖產業鏈項目”在內的賀州市年出欄500萬頭生豬產業鏈項目、賀州農業總部和賀州農業技術學院。項目合作主要內容如下：
1、建設年出欄500萬頭生豬產業鏈項目，包括總計31條生產線的年出欄500萬頭生豬養殖項目(包括公豬站、核心羣、擴繁羣、商品母豬羣、育肥場，擬分四期投資建設)、產能為180萬噸/年的飼料廠項目(包括豬飼料廠、預混料廠，擬分四期投資建設)、屠宰加工項目、倉儲和冷鏈物流項目(包括冷庫、物流、熱鮮運輸與銷售、冷鮮運輸、供深體系等項目)。
項目總投資約160億元，其中養殖項目計劃投資約126.8億元(含建設投資、引種費用以及流動資金)，飼料廠項目計劃投資約8.1億元，屠宰加工項目計劃投資約16-21億元(具體金額根據後續項目的深加工比例確定)，倉儲和冷鏈物流項目計劃投資約4億元。具體金額以最終項目投資情況為準。
2、建設賀州農業總部，包括總部基地、住宅小區和私立學校。總部基地計劃打造集農業總部辦公、科技研發、信息樞紐、企業大學於一體的綜合性功能集散地，促進農業產業資源的共享共用及人才孵化。農業總部總投資約11.18億元，其中總部基地計劃投資約1.18億元，住宅小區計劃投資約4億元，九年制國際私立學校計劃投資約6億元。具體金額以最終項目投資情況為準。
3、合作共建賀州農業技術學院
雙方擬共同協調相關資源合作共建賀州農業技術學院，學院致力於構建中國新型農業成長學習平台，為賀州市及中國農業發展提供專業技術人才。學院擬由賀州市政府統籌、主導投資建設，由高等院校輸出師資力量，以公司賀州500萬頭生豬產業鏈項目為載體，承接學院師生的科研、就業等，各方共同合力構建賀州農業教育平台。具體合作共建事宜以各方友好協商並另行簽署的合作共建協議的約定為準。
公司的發展戰略規劃是在廣東、廣西及周邊建設多個集飼料生產、育種、育肥、屠宰加工、倉儲和冷鏈物流於一體的生豬產業鏈項目，運用數字化、智能化技術構建從農場到餐桌的全程可追溯產業鏈，高起點、高標準、高效率發展智慧農業。目前廣西正在構建全面開放發展的東融戰略格局，以高質量發展推動地區經濟全面升級，而當地的政策支持也是公司西進發展的重要機遇。賀州市擁有豐富的地理標誌農副產品，公司本次與賀州市人民政府簽署項目合作框架協議，可以為公司進行現代農業產業鏈整合提供有效支撐，符合公司的長期戰略規劃。
