永義國際(01218.HK)購入5000萬港元股票掛鈎票據
格隆匯5月22日丨永義國際(01218.HK)宣佈,公司透過運榮(公司全資附屬公司)於2020年5月21日購入本金金額為5000萬港元(未計及交易費用)的建設銀行的股票掛鈎票據。
董事認為股票掛鈎票據是其中投資選擇之一,比一般市場存款可以賺取更高的潛在利息收益(以利率的形式);並且股票掛鈎票據沒有任何經紀費用及結算費用而直至有關股份須正式交付時才收取。善用股份走勢,是賺取更具吸引力的利率的機會。此外,股票掛鈎票據在股票櫃枱及年期較為靈活。
