希瑪眼科(03309.HK):深圳希瑪醫院重續租約
格隆匯5月22日丨希瑪眼科(03309.HK)公佈,集團於深圳的眼科醫院經營業務所在的深圳物業的現有租賃協議將於2020年5月31日到期。
深圳希瑪醫院於2020年5月22日訂立新租賃協議,據此,深圳邁達及深圳希瑪醫院已將租賃深圳物業的期限延長,為期三年。根據自2020年6月1日開始的新租賃協議,集團將確認租賃為使用權資產。基於公司管理層的初步評估(其尚未經公司核數師審閲或審核),深圳物業將於2020年5月22日獲確認為集團的使用權資產,估計金額約為人民幣2508.4萬元。
