創升控股(02680.HK)年度預盈不少於100萬港元
格隆匯5月21日丨創升控股(02680.HK)發佈公告,集團預期於截至2020年2月29日止年度錄得公司擁有人應占溢利不少於100萬港元,而截至2019年2月28日止年度的公司擁有人應占溢利則約為1230萬港元。
公告表示,期內公司擁有人應占溢利的預期減少主要歸因於(i)員工薪金整體增加及酌情花紅增加而令員工成本增加;及(ii)集團配售及包銷業務擴張以及公司股份於2018年上市後法律及專業費用以及其他經營開支增加而令行政及經營開支增加。
