格隆匯5月21日丨航錦科技(000818.SZ)公佈，公司擬投資5000萬元設立全資子公司航錦錦西氯鹼化工有限公司(暫定名，最終以工商登記機關核定為準)。
公司名稱：航錦錦西氯鹼化工有限公司(暫定名，最終以工商登記機關核定為準)，經營範圍：氫氧化鈉、氯[液化的]、氫[壓縮的]、鹽酸、乙炔(溶於介質的)、氮[壓縮的]、三氯乙烯、1,2-二氯丙烷、環氧丙烷、次氯酸鈉溶液[含有效氯5%]、硫酸(稀)、氧[壓縮的]、氯苯、1,4-二氯苯生產；丙二醇、聚醚、聚氯乙烯、硫酸鈉、氫氧化鈉(食品添加劑)、鹽酸(食品添加劑)、聚醚消泡劑(食品添加劑)、消泡劑(聚醚型)生產；化工石油工程施工總承包貳級、房屋建築工程施工總承包叁級、爆破與拆除工程專業承包叁級(暫定)；壓力容器製造D1、D2級；壓力管道安裝GB2(2)、GC2級；化工防腐蝕施工(按化工防腐蝕施工資格證書中施工範圍經營)；不乾膠印刷、其他印刷品印刷業務等。
公司2017年及2018年通過現金方式已成功收購長沙韶光半導體有限公司(“長沙韶光”)和威科電子模塊(深圳)有限公司(“威科電子”)100%股權。長沙韶光及威科電子已成為公司全資子公司，公司主營業務由單一化工業務擴展至化工、電子雙主業。考慮到公司現有業務跨度大，為進一步優化公司的集團管控體系，形成公司化工、電子兩大主業各自獨立發展的經營格局，公司擬設立航錦錦西氯鹼化工有限公司用於承接公司現有化工業務板塊的資產，進而形成化工、電子兩大業務板塊平行發展的經營格局。
公司新設航錦錦西氯鹼化工有限公司用於在確保不影響公司化工業務正常開展的前提下承接公司現有化工業務板塊資產，在現階段不會對公司的正常生產經營活動造成影響，此次設立子公司將有利於進一步優化公司的集團管控體系，促進公司化工、電子兩大主業各自獨立發展。
