金沙(01928.HK):今年維持加薪 要照顧同事生活有不可推卸責任
據《澳門日報》報道,金沙中國(01928.HK)總裁王英偉表示,疫情爆發後,曾思考會否發放績效獎金及薪金是否須作調整,直言作每個決定都爭扎,最後決定在適當時候做適當的事,故今年加薪2%至4.7%,99%同事由3月1日起加薪。他指作為澳門的大型企業,集團有不可推卸的責任,要照顧所有同事的生活。
