加加食品(002650.SZ)與中順易簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯5月20日丨加加食品(002650.SZ)公佈，2020年5月19日，公司(乙方)與深圳中順易金融服務有限公司(“中順易”，甲方)，共同簽署《戰略合作協議》。
中順易2015年5月在深圳前海自由貿易區註冊成立，由國內三家行業領先企業—中信信託、順豐、網易聯合發起創設，國家高新技術企業，是一家以信託法理制度為依託、以信託超級賬户為核心，為各類場景企業和金融機構等專業提供在線金融綜合解決方案及互聯網金融技術和運營服務的金融科技公司。零售消費產品和服務領域是中順易金融賦能的重要應用場景，中順易致力於推動零售消費與流通的數字化整合，力爭提升零售消費領域優質企業的整合效率和市場地位。
甲乙雙方為充分發揮各自的行業優勢，本着市場主導、資源共享、優勢互補、合作共贏的原則，發揮各自優勢，拓展合作領域，合力帶動產業升級，提升核心競爭力；圍繞上市公司內生式增長和外延式併購需求進行戰略合作。合作內容如下：
1、深化供應鏈及金融服務合作
(1)雙方約定，在該協議生效後，雙方將充分利用現有的平台和資源共同深化供應鏈及金融合作。
(2)甲方為乙方定製供應鏈整合業務，通過供應鏈整合及金融賦能，提升加加食品盈利能力的同時，最大化提高雙方合作利益。
(3)甲乙雙方共同推動“產業+互聯網+金融+科技”的數據金融模式在調味品及食品領域的行業應用，助力乙方延伸產業鏈，構建產業生態。
2、擬合作設立食品產業投資基金
雙方約定，在該協議生效後雙方將充分利用現有的平台和資源進行合作，共同就設立食品產業投資基金事宜進行深入合作，重點投向調味品、品牌食品、新零售、食品及消費品供應鏈服務等領域。
3、雙方確認，雙方的合作是多層次和多元化的，除該協議約定的合作模式外，雙方可以根據需要設計新的合作模式。
4、雙方可根據該協議約定的內容，根據具體項目情況另行協商簽訂具體的項目合作協議。
通過此次協議簽署，雙方將達成戰略合作伙伴關係，有利於雙方發揮各自行業優勢，在供應鏈整合、調味品及食品領域佈局等方面開展深度合作，實現優勢互補、互利共贏，符合公司的整體戰略佈局。
