華西能源(002630.SZ)擬斥6000萬元增資入股四川金瑞麒
格隆匯5月19日丨華西能源(002630.SZ)公佈，為積極拓展新的業務增長點、推動公司多元化發展戰略，實現資源共享、共同發展，公司擬現金出資6000萬元增資入股四川金瑞麒智能科學技術有限公司(“四川金瑞麒”)。此次增資完成後，四川金瑞麒註冊資本由1250萬元增加至1420.45萬元，公司持有12%的股權。
四川金瑞麒智能科學技術有限公司經營範圍：智能科技、計算機領域內的技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務;銷售:計算機軟硬件、計算機及耗材、智能產品、電子產品(不含電子出版物)、機電設備、儀器儀表、通訊設備(不含無線電發射設備)、健身器材、醫療器械(未取得相關行政許可(審批),不得開展經營活動);電動車及零配件銷售、維修與租賃。(依法須經批准的項目,經相關部門批准後方可展開經營活動)。
自動駕駛替代有人駕駛是未來交通運輸行業發展的趨勢，可廣泛運用於物流、工程、農業、園區、景區等限定場景，具有較為廣闊的市場需求空間。
四川金瑞麒是一家科技類公司、為國家高新技術企業，所開發的產品已獲得PCT專利38項，擁有較完整的低速無人駕駛成套技術及製造工藝，目前已完成電機模具、殼體模具、坐墊靠背模具、硅膠件模具、頂棚模具的開模，具備產業化生產的基礎，在智能出行、自動駕駛等領域有豐富的技術積累和資源儲備，截至2019年底，已簽約獨立景區、旅遊集團公司等戰略合作客户10家，能夠為特定商業場景提供系統解決方案和服務。其開發的低速載人自動駕駛產品已通過國家車輛檢測所整車檢測，在景區、公園自動駕駛、低速智能車輛等細分產品市場具有明顯的領先優勢。
公司增資有利於推動四川金瑞麒研發項目的快速落地、市場拓展、提升其資金實力和綜合競爭力；通過嘗試投資進入高科技智能無人駕駛領域，有利於公司拓展新的利潤增長點、推動公司業務多元化發展；有利於帶動公司裝備製造主營業務發展，實現資源共享、共同發展。符合公司未來發展戰略。
