達實智能(002421.SZ)與平原醫院簽訂5699.62萬元智慧醫院智能系統項目合同
格隆匯5月19日丨達實智能(002421.SZ)公佈，公司近日與新鄉市平原城鄉一體化示範區平原醫院(“平原醫院”)簽訂了智慧醫院智能系統項目合同，合同在新鄉市平原城鄉一體化示範區簽訂，合同金額約5699.62萬元。
新鄉市平原城鄉一體化示範區平原醫院(河南省人民醫院平原醫院)位於河南省新鄉市，院區總投資約 20 億元，總建築面積為 19 萬平方米，按照“公建、公辦、公助”的原則和“以基本綜合醫療為主，以大專科為主要功能，以醫養結合為特色”的發展方向定位，致力於建設成為基礎設施好、專業學科強、技術水平高、醫療服務好、設施環境優美的綜合性三級甲等醫院。
項目名稱：新鄉市平原城鄉一體化示範區平原醫院智慧醫院智能系統集成採購與安裝項目；項目內容：包含醫院管理系統、綜合佈線系統、計算機網絡系統、IPTV系統、多媒體視頻會議系統、信息導引及發佈系統、時鐘系統、機房建設系統、緊急報警系統、視頻安防監控系統、一卡通控制系統、停車場管理系統、醫療就診引導系統、病房呼叫系統、樓宇自控系統、無線覆蓋系統、公共數字廣播系統、綜合橋架、能耗管理系統等。
公司在該項目中基於自主研發的AIoT智能物聯網管控平台實現對醫院信息化系統、機電系統、醫療專項系統、後勤運維繫統等的信息彙總、集中管理、分散控制及互聯互通，有效提升醫院的管理效率，並通過自主研發的一卡通管理平台，利用邊緣計算、移動互聯網及大數據等技術，實現從患者服務到臨牀管理，以及後勤服務環節的精細化和閉環管理，同時通過能耗監測管理系統收集智能儀表數據，從多維度、多層級對能耗數據進行彙總、對比、分析，輔助日常運維策略調整。
項目的簽訂有利於進一步印證公司在智慧醫療領域的綜合實力，項目合同金額為約5699.62萬元，佔公司2019年度經審計營業收入的2.58%。合同的履行會對公司未來年度的淨利潤產生積極的影響，但對公司業務的獨立性無重大影響。
