國產HPV疫苗開打，背後公司的漲停板啥時候能打開？

備受關注的國產HPV疫苗終於落地了。
5月18日下午3時，全國首針國產2價HPV疫苗（宮頸癌疫苗）在湖北省婦幼保健院開打。10歲的可可（化名）接種了第一針國產HPV疫苗，陪同她的母親也一同接種。
這是國產首個宮頸癌疫苗，也是世界第四個宮頸癌疫苗。據悉，5月起，湖北、新疆、吉林、雲南、江蘇、山東等地的大部分社區醫院將可陸續預約接種。
疫苗的生產者是廈門萬泰滄海生物技術有限公司（簡稱“萬泰滄海”）。據公司官網介紹，萬泰滄海是一家集研發、生產、銷售於一體的創新型疫苗企業，總部和生產基地設在中國廈門，由剛剛登陸A股市場的萬泰生物全資控股。

屬於生物疫苗方向的萬泰生物，既有類型較全面的體外診斷試劑，也有全自動化學發光免疫分析儀等，再加上宮頸癌疫苗上市等因素加持，公司自4月29日掛牌滬市以來，股價已連續錄得12個漲停板，最新報35.97元，較8.75元的發行價上漲超過3倍。對於投資者而言，他們目前最關心的是萬泰生物何時開板。
通過與廈門大學國家傳染病診斷試劑與疫苗工程技術研究中心（以下簡稱“NIDVD”）合作，萬泰滄海利用DNA重組技術在大腸桿菌中表達蛋白的核心平台，使之應用於疫苗生產。基於這個平台，世界上第一個戊肝疫苗——益可寧®已於2012年10月在中國上市。
據萬泰生物發佈的《首次公開發行股票上市公告書》顯示，2020年4月21日，2價HPV疫苗被准予簽發，批簽發量超過9萬瓶，預計5月上市。除2價HPV疫苗外，廈門萬泰的9價HPV疫苗也處於Ⅱ期臨牀試驗階段。
“價”代表着疫苗可預防的病毒種類。顧名思義，“價”數越多，可以預防的 HPV 類型就越多，保護也就越全面。
根據疫苗覆蓋的病毒亞型的種類多少，目前 HPV 疫苗可分為2價、4價和9價。
此次國產2價HPV疫苗定價為329元/支，低於同類產品。以一線城市常見社區接種醫院價格為例，9價HPV疫苗價格約為1300元/針，4價HPV疫苗價格約為800元/針，2價HPV疫苗約為600元/針。
除了較低的定價，國產宮頸癌疫苗還有另一個價格優勢，9-14歲接種者只需接種兩次疫苗即可完成全部接種療程。
目前國內上市的HPV疫苗有2價、4價和9價，4價和9價的HPV疫苗均為默沙東研發生產，國內由智飛生物獨家代理銷售。萬泰滄海疫苗的上市，打破了此前葛蘭素史克對2價HPV疫苗的壟斷。
此外，沃森生物的2價HPV疫苗即將申報生產，9價HPV疫苗目前正在開展I期臨牀試驗。
據華西證券，國內其他企業在研產品均以2價HPV為主，4價和9價HPV疫苗都還在臨牀試驗階段。
值得注意的是，據中檢院疫苗批簽發量數據顯示，9價HPV疫苗在2018年4月底獲准在我國上市，2018年該疫苗獲得的批簽發數量為121.6萬劑。
2019年，9價HPV疫苗繼續放量，批簽發量上升到332.42萬支，約佔當年整個HPV疫苗批簽發量的31%；2020年，HPV9的佔比進一步提升，僅1-4月份的批簽發量就達到215.98 萬支，約佔整個HPV疫苗批簽發量的48%。
