遭深交所下緊急關注後,“5日4漲停”的網紅概念股御家匯跌停了!
近日以來,搭上網紅概念的上市公司們以“六親不認”的漲勢C位出道。
譬如,夢潔股份憑藉着與淘寶直播“一姐”薇婭的合作,自5月8日到18日,7個交易日內錄得了6個漲停板,股價累漲80%。而其它概念股漲幅也不甘示弱,其中安記食品股價漲近70%,供銷大集股價則漲超50%,御家匯則漲超38%。

在這其中,值得一提的是,便是在5月12日以來連獲4個漲停板的御家匯了。該公司在連續獲得“四連板之後”,於14日晚間收到一份來自深交所下達的關注函,隨後在其回覆“網紅直播並不代表公司是網紅經濟概念”這一觀點之後,股價便迅速跌停了。
今日開盤,御家匯低開低走,截止收盤其股價封死在跌停板上,報於13.28元,成交額為6.71億元,總市值為55億元。

這大起大落的走勢,不得不讓人為之好奇。
在關注函中,深交所指出,根據御家匯披露的2019年年報顯示,公司的淨利潤同比下降79%。同時,2020年一季度的年報雖然實現了淨利潤的增長,但是截至 2020 年 5月 14 日收市,御家匯以 2019 年財務數據計算的市盈率達到 203 倍。同時,2020年4月22日至5月14日,御家匯股票累計漲幅達79.65%,與同期創業板綜指偏離度較大,其中5月11日至13日累計漲幅達到異常波動標準,5月14日,御家匯股票收盤價達到漲幅限制。
因此,深交所要求公司結合同行業可比公司市盈率、市淨率水平及公司經營業績等説明目前公司的股價與公司經營基本面是否匹配,並對此進行充分的風險提示。
隨後,5月15日,御家匯回復深交所問詢函表示,公司注重品牌建設,通過多種手段加強品牌宣傳和推廣,網紅直播、短視頻業務只是公司品牌推廣的多種手段之一。2019年公司通過該種推廣模式帶來的收入佔公司全年營業收入的比重為10%左右,對公司經營業績影響較小。公司是一家美粧企業,網紅直播是當下美粧品牌宣傳推廣的手段之一,但並不代表本公司是網紅經濟概念的代表性公司。
基於上述,可以看出,股價瘋漲的御家匯,實際上只是沾上網紅經濟的光而已,其網紅直播帶貨仍不是其要銷售來源,對公司經營業績影響較小,因此今日股價跌停也是在市場意料之中的。
