有报道指，美国商务部宣布，将禁止全球晶片制造商向华为供应使用美国技术和软件、及在海外设计和制造的半导体产品，手机设备股周一急跌，舜宇（2382）周一曾急跌逾8%，曾回落至112元以下，失守10天线水平。观望反弹，可留意舜光购24253，行使价130.88元，20年11月到期。或舜光牛50445，收回价106.88元，行使价102.88元，20年10月到期。相反看淡可留意舜光沽22334，行使价109.78元，20年12月到期。或舜光熊55402，收回价125.00元，行使价129.00元，20年12月到期。
上周五急涨的瑞声科技（2018），周一亦回套逾6%，曾经失守40元关口支持。看好可留意瑞声购26784，行使价49.93元，21年9月到期。或瑞声牛61680，收回价38.38元，行使价35.38元，20年12月到期。相反看淡可留意瑞声沽25753，行使价31.38元，20年10月到期。或瑞声熊56845，收回价45.88元，行使价48.88元，20年7月到期。
电讯设备股中兴通讯（0763）周一曾跌逾4%至22元以下，看好可留意中兴购25665，行使价27.28元，20年10月到期。或中兴牛69731，收回价21.50元，行使价20.70元，20年11月到期。
半导体股中芯国际（0981）公布，与国家集成电路基金等向中芯南方注资7.5亿美元，而市场亦憧憬美国禁令下，国产芯片的需求或增加。中芯国际周一曾急升逾8%，高见20.7元，再突破52周高位。看好可留意中芯购22166，行使价22.28元，20年8月到期。或中芯牛50304，收回价16.88元，行使价16.28元，21年1月到期。
同属半导体股的华虹半导体（1347）周一曾涨逾4%至17.2元以上，但其後倒跌近2%，险守16元水平。看好可留意华虹购23596，行使价18.88元，20年9月到期。
