中盈集團(00766.HK)附屬遭索賠5,280萬人幣 銀行賬戶遭凍資
中盈集團(00766.HK)公布,附屬吉林瑞信於4月21日,收到吉林省吉林市中級人民法院頒佈的民事裁定,下令凍結吉林瑞信兩個中國銀行賬戶中約2,730萬元人民幣(下同),為期一年,以作為對待決索賠的抵押。原告就一份貸款協議爭議向吉林瑞信索賠合計約5,280萬元。
集團表示,已決定成立獨立調查委員會以調查及處理與索賠有關事宜,正就索賠尋求中國法律顧問的建議,預期該民事裁定及索賠不會對集團業務運營、財務狀況及償付能力產生任何重大不利影響。
