報道指IPO無紙化最快下月諮詢市場 年底落實
《信報》報道,全面電子化招股方式、即IPO無紙化擬最快於6月進行市場諮詢,建議新股若在招股時採取不印刷紙本招股書及紙本認購申請表(白表),而改用無紙張形式的全電子化招股時,毋須再向港交所申請豁免。若諮詢內容獲市場支持,料最快可於年底落實。
報道引述港交所發言人指,正致力探索不同方法以提升本港上市機制的競爭力,將適時向市場公布最新發展。另外報道亦引述「新股女王」卓佳商務部董事總經理鍾絳虹指,全電子化招股對大型新股較有利,特別是毋須處理通過實物表格認購的支票清算,或可令新股上市流程由現時一般的T+5縮減一日至T+4。
