格隆匯5月15日丨熊貓金控(600599.SH)公佈未來三年的具體股東回報規劃:1、公司未來三年將採取現金方式、股票方式或者現金與股票相結合的方式分配股利。 2、公司在未來三年以現金方式累計分配的利潤不少於最近三年實現的年均可分配利潤的百分之三十。
如果未來三年內公司淨利潤保持持續穩定增長,經公司董事會提議,股東大會批准,公司可提高現金分紅比例或者提高股票股利分配力度,以加大對投資者的回報力度。
