維信諾(002387.SZ)擬定增募資不超50億元 用於第六代AMOLED生產線升級項目
格隆匯5月15日丨維信諾(002387.SZ)披露2020年非公開發行股票預案,擬發行股票數量按照此次發行募集資金總額除以發行價格確定,同時此次非公開發行股份數量不超過此次發行前總股本的30%,即不超過410,298,913股(含本數)。
募集資金總額不超過50億元(含50億元),扣除發行費用後,35億元用於第六代柔性有源矩陣有機發光顯示器件(AMOLED)生產線升級項目,15億元用於補充流動資金和償還公司債務。
