格隆匯5月15日丨東華軟件(002065.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年5月15日召開第七屆董事會第八次會議,審議通過了《關於對子公司增資的議案》,同意對子公司瀋陽普林科技有限公司進行增資,增資完成後瀋陽普林科技有限公司註冊資本由人民幣2000萬元增至人民幣10000萬元。
此次增資事項進一步提升瀋陽普林科技有限公司的資金實力和綜合實力,增強了業務發展能力,符合公司長遠的規劃及發展戰略。公司將監督瀋陽普林科技有限公司此次增資資金的使用情況,合理控制投資風險,維護廣大投資者的利益。
