格隆匯5月15日丨中國重工(601989.SH)公佈,公司於2020年5月15日收到控股股東中國船舶重工集團有限公司(“中船重工”)出具的《中國船舶重工集團有限公司及其一致行動人關於自願延長限售股份限售期的承諾函》,中船重工及其2名一致行動人大連船舶投資控股有限公司、武漢武船投資控股有限公司(“控股股東及其一致行動人”)自願將其持有的、原定於2020年5月25日上市流通的非公開發行限售股的限售期延長12個月,至2021年5月25日。
