朗生醫藥(00503.HK)擬繼續出售司太立(603520.SH)股份
格隆匯5月15日丨朗生醫藥(00503.HK)發佈公告,由於出售全部司太立(603520.SH)股份未能於2019年司太立出售授權下完成,董事會建議繼續逐步出售全部或部分司太立股份以實現投資司太立的收益。公司擬將司太立股份出售予獨立於公司及其關連人士的第三方。
於本公告日期,集團(透過朗生香港)實益擁有合共671.6萬股司太立股份(於上海證券交易所上市),相當於司太立已發行股本約4.0%權益。
