格隆匯5月15日丨中國東方航空股份(00670.HK)發佈公告，2020年4月，公司客運運力投入（按可用座公里計）同比下降72.76%，其中國內、國際和地區航線客運運力投入分別同比下降59.22%、95.87%和95.66%；旅客週轉量（按客運人公里計）同比下降79.07%，其中國內、國際和地區航線旅客週轉量分別同比下降68.49%、97.83%，99.17%；客座率為64.21%，同比下降19.39個百分點，其中國內、國際和地區航線客座率分別同比下降19.30、38.61和66.35個百分點。
受2020年初以來發生的新冠肺炎疫情影響，旅客出行的需求和意願大幅降低。本公司及時調整運營策略，暫停或調整了部分航班的運營，及時組織保障專包機任務，加強旅客和員工防疫保護，加強防疫物資運輸。隨着國內新冠肺炎疫情防控態勢進一步趨於穩定和常態化，各地復工復產有序推進，國內客運運力投入和旅客週轉量分別較2020年3月環比上升8.73%、21.72%；國內客座率65.62%，環比上升7.01個百分點，旅客出行需求較上月有所回暖，但全球疫情形勢依然嚴峻，國際客運運力投入和旅客週轉量分別環比下降81.41%、83.39%，地區客運運力投入和旅客週轉量分別環比下降43.71%、66.12%，較2020年3月進一步下滑。公司後續將根據新冠肺炎疫情防控工作進展和市場需求恢復情況，動態優化調整運力投放。
貨運方面，2020年4月貨郵載運率同比增長2.17%。公司貨運業務僅為隨客機運行的腹艙載貨，且該業務已交由公司控股股東下屬子公司東航物流承包經營。在新冠肺炎疫情持續期間，醫療和抗疫物資需求較旺盛，公司及時對部分客機進行貨運改裝（以下簡稱“客改貨”），提升航空貨運運力；相關貨運業務交由東航物流具體負責對外經營，雙方按一般商務條款公平結算。
截至本公告日，公司已對13架A330飛機進行“客改貨”，其中8架已經投入運營，較上月新開深圳-洛杉磯等國內至國外貨運包機航線。
2020年4月，公司新開國內客運航線雲南保山-雲南景洪。截至2020年4月末，公司無飛機引進和退出，合計運營723架飛機，其中自有飛機263架，融資租賃飛機261架，經營租賃飛機199架。
