亚太资源(01104.HK)拟授权斥不逾3,500万澳元增持MX股权
亚太资源(01104.HK)公布,建议股东授权在批准後12个月期间斥不超过3,500万澳元(相当於约1.77亿港元),增持在澳洲上市的Metals X(MX)股权至不超过40%。
公司现持有MX约1.39亿股,涉约15.31%股权。公司表示,由於Renison锡矿场为MX宝贵资产,且已战略检讨铜资产,旨在剥离部分或全部铜资产,故认为以适当价格收购MX股份为有价值投资,长远看可提高公司投资回报率。(ta/k)
