信星鞋業(01170.HK)出租旗下珠海工業園區物業
信星鞋業(01170.HK)公布,全資附屬公司美星制鞋與珠海嘉信德投資訂立租賃協議,向後者出租珠海市前山明珠南路3047號工業園區的物業,總樓面面積約5.82萬平方米,為期十二年,免租期三個月,首年月租約93.2萬元人民幣。
承租人擬專為新興產業行業,將出租物業從生產基地變更為工業/商業項目。該項目計劃包括工廠、辦公室及公寓,於該項目完成後用於出租用途。
公司指,因應集團進一步縮減其於中國製造業務之計劃,故有關物業自今年2月以來一直閒置,相信於大灣區的發展,出租物業未來具有增值潛力。
