華東醫藥(000963.SZ)：擬增加經營範圍“中藥代煎服務”
格隆匯5月13日丨華東醫藥(000963.SZ)公佈，因公司發展需要，公司藥材蔘茸分公司擬在經營範圍中增加“中藥代煎服務”，公司九屆六次董事會審議通過了《關於修訂<公司章程>(增加經營範圍)的議案》，同意公司增加經營範圍並修訂《公司章程》相關內容，並提交股東大會審議。
原條款 第二章第十三條：
經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：藥品的生產、經營(具體範圍見許可證，涉及危險品的限下屬分支機構憑證經營)；預包裝食品(《食品經營許可證》)，第二類增值電信業務(範圍詳見《中華人民共和國增值電信業務經營許可證》)，互聯網藥品交易服務(《中華人民共和國互聯網藥品交易服務資格證書》)，貨運(憑許可證經營)。健字號滋補品、保健品的銷售(限下屬分支機構憑證經營)，消字號及殺字號用品、醫療器械、玻璃儀器、日用化學品、家用電器、農副產品(不含食品)、百貨、土特產品、工藝美術品、針紡織品、醫療器械、實驗儀器、診斷儀器的維修和化粧品、化學試劑(不含危險品及易製毒化學品)、眼鏡、初級食用農產品、食品添加劑的批發零售，倉儲服務(不含危險品)，醫藥諮詢服務，經營進出口業務，老年人護理服務(除醫療)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
