僑銀環保(002973.SZ)擬增加經營範圍“垃圾分類服務”和“信息系統集成服務”
格隆匯5月13日丨僑銀環保(002973.SZ)公佈，根據公司經營發展的需要，公司擬調整公司經營範圍，增加經營範圍“垃圾分類服務”和“信息系統集成服務”，現擬對《公司章程》中相關內容進行修訂，同時辦理工商變更登記，需修訂的條款如下：
修訂前第十三條為:
通用機械設備銷售；停車場經營；工程環保設施施工；社區、街心公園、公園等運動場所的管理服務；城市水域垃圾清理；公共設施安全監測服務；垃圾處理的技術研究、開發；公廁保潔服務；環保技術推廣服務；土壤修復；沉船沉物打撈服務；生活清洗、消毒服務；汽車銷售；專用設備銷售；環保設備批發；房屋建築工程施工；公交站場管理；防蟲滅鼠服務；道路自動收費停車泊位的建設、經營和管理；市政設施管理；城鄉市容管理；機械設備租賃；防洪除澇設施管理；市政公用工程施工；信息技術諮詢服務；綠化管理、養護、病蟲防治服務；物業管理；建築物清潔服務；公路養護；造林、育林；花草樹木修整服務；林業有害生物防治服務；園林綠化工程服務；景觀和綠地設施工程施工；路牌、路標、廣告牌安裝施工；機電設備安裝服務；污水處理及其再生利用；生產專用車輛製造；環境保護專用設備製造；工程項目管理服務；勞務派遣服務；城市生活垃圾經營性清掃、收集、運輸服務；道路貨物運輸；收集、貯存、處理、處置生活污泥；固體廢物治理；危險廢物治理；再生物資回收與批發；充值卡銷售。
