任子行(300311.SZ)：實控人及其一致行動人提前終止減持計劃
格隆匯5月13日丨任子行(300311.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年11月16日披露了《關於控股股東、實際控制人及一致行動人減持股份的預披露公告》，控股股東、實際控制人景曉軍及一致行動人景曉東計劃未來六個月內以集中競價、大宗交易方式減持其持有的公司股份不超過4079.9329萬股，佔公司總股本比例6.00%。其中，以集中競價交易方式進行減持的，將於減持計劃公告之日起十五個交易日後的六個月內進行，且在任意連續九十個自然日內，減持股份總數不超過公司總股本的1%；以大宗交易方式進行減持的，將於減持計劃公告之日起兩個交易日後的六個月內進行，且在任意連續九十個自然日內，減持股份總數不超過公司總股本的2%。
2019年12月11日，公司披露了《關於控股股東、實際控制人及其一致行動人減持公司股份比例達到1%的公告》，2019年12月5日至2019年12月11日，景曉軍及景曉東累計減持公司股份1051.4102萬股，佔公司總股本的1.5462%。
2019年12月31日，公司披露了《關於控股股東、實際控制人及其一致行動人減持公司股份比例達到1%的公告》，2019年12月16日至2019年12月30日，景曉軍累計減持公司股份988.51萬股，佔公司總股本的1.4537%。
2020年3月12日，公司披露了《關於控股股東、實際控制人及其一致行動人減持股份數量過半的公告》，2020年3月10日至2020年3月11日，景曉軍累計減持公司股份376.7141萬股，佔公司總股本的0.5540%，景曉軍及一致行動人景曉東此次減持計劃減持數量已過半。
2020年3月25日，公司接公司披露了《關於控股股東、實際控制人及其一致行動人減持股份超過1%的公告》，2020年3月10日至2020年3月25日，景曉軍累計減持公司股份1210.2546萬股，佔公司總股本的1.7798%。景曉軍及其一致行動人自2019年9月20日簽署《簡式權益變動報告書》後的累計減持比例已達5%。
2020年5月13日，公司收到了景曉軍及景曉東出具的《關於提前終止減持計劃的告知函》，2020年5月7日至2020年5月13日，景曉軍累計減持公司股份728.63萬股，佔公司總股本的1.0715%。景曉軍及景曉東決定提前終止此次減持計劃，減持計劃中尚未實施的減持額度將不再減持。
