格隆匯5月13日丨鐵漢生態(300197.SZ)公佈，根據公司的戰略發展和產業佈局，公司以自有資金認繳出資1億元，在深圳市福田區設立全資子公司深圳市鐵漢生態修復有限公司。
公司名稱：深圳市鐵漢生態修復有限公司；經營範圍：地質災害治理工程勘查、設計和施工；礦山修復、邊坡修復、土壤污染修復、水環境修復、海岸修復、林地牧地修復、沙漠生態修復、水土保持、城市更新生態修復工程的勘察、設計、施工與運維；生態修復新材料的研發和銷售；生態環境調研與評估；生態環境技術諮詢與服務；國土空間規劃；生態規劃、設計、投資(具體項目另行申報)；生態環境工程施工及新技術的研發與應用；生態數據綜合服務、智能化監測；軟件開發、智能生態系統集成與運營；園林綠化工程設計、施工和管理；植物營養基質、生物有機肥、複合肥、包裝植物種子、綠化環保材料的研發與銷售；從事貨物或技術進出口業務；建築勞務分包(法律、行政法規、國務院決定禁止的項目除外，限制的項目須取得許可後方可經營)。

此次投資設立全資子公司，主要為了配合公司戰略發展需要，更好的提升公司的專業管理能力、提升公司生態修復的品牌形象和影響力。通過子公司形式進行管理，有利於更靈活地進行業務開拓和施工管理，有利於經營模式創新，提高經營決策效率。
