紅宇新材(300345.SZ)擬增加經營範圍“智慧城市的相關服務、規劃、設計”等
格隆匯5月13日丨紅宇新材(300345.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年5月13日以通訊會議的方式召開了第四屆董事會第十三次會議，審議通過了《關於增加公司經營範圍並修訂<公司章程>的議案》，同意公司增加經營範圍並對《公司章程》進行修訂。本事項尚需提交公司股東大會審議。
變更前，公司的經營範圍：磨球、磨段、輥類耐磨件及各種耐磨新材料生產、加工、銷售；襯板的生產、銷售及拆裝；高分子材料的研發、生產和銷售；球磨機節能技術的研發、應用；球磨系統的相關輔助設備、控制設備、檢測設備的研發、生產、銷售；節能環保技術的研究、開發及應用；自營和代理各類商品和技術的進出口，但國家限定公司經營或者禁止進出口除外；3D打印技術的研發與應用服務；金屬表面處理及熱處理加工；礦山機械製造；自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口，但國家限定公司經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外；新材料技術開發服務、諮詢、交流服務。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
