ST亞星(600319.SH):擬向全資子公司亞星新材料增資3000萬元
格隆匯5月13日丨ST亞星(600319.SH)公佈,根據公司發展戰略需要,公司全資子公司亞星新材料正在推進企業遷建工作,為公司“5萬噸/年CPE裝置項目”、“12萬噸/年離子膜燒鹼裝置項目”和“1.2萬噸/年水合肼(濃度100%)項目”的實施主體。為順利推進上述項目的建設工作,公司擬以實物方式或自有資金向亞星新材料增資3000萬元人民幣。增資後亞星新材料的註冊資本為5000萬元人民幣,仍為公司全資子公司。
公司本次增資事項是公司內部資源和資產結構的調整,有利於推進企業搬遷工作,不存在損害公司及全體股東利益的情形。
